Marc de Vries CEO PARK NOW Group

Marc de Vries is an experienced leader and a true digital native. He has been successfully managing and growing digital organisations for many years, among them the Dutch subsidiary of career portal Monster Worldwide and, in the past, the social media website Hyves. Before starting his new role as CEO for the Group in September 2017, he was Managing Director Benelux at Twitter. Experienced in mobile product management and a digital marketing professional, Marc de Vries holds a Masters in Business Economics from the Radboud University in Nijmegen.

Roald van Dijk CFO PARK NOW Group

Roald van Dijk is a hands-on Finance executive with over 28 years’ global Finance experience. He has lived and worked in five countries, across different industries, businesses and cultures. Expert in strategic transformations, organisational change, and leading multiple concurrent projects, he develops strong Finance organisations that provide added value and competitive advantage to its business partners. Roald has held management positions with corporations like CGI, Levi Strauss & Co and Applied Materials, as well as start-ups. He joined PARK NOW in May 2016 and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick Business School.

Peter-Paul Houtman CTO PARK NOW Group

Peter-Paul Houtman brings substantial experience in technology leadership and product management to the Group. With a BSc in Computer Science, Peter-Paul has always been attracted to technology and started his career as a software engineer. He has managed several large International product development and innovation teams for organisations in a diversity of industries. Prior to joining the PARK NOW Group, Peter-Paul was responsible for product development and innovation at SDL, a translation software business. Peter-Paul joined the Group in June 2017 as Head of Software Engineering, before taking up his role as CTO.

Esther Zuidam HR Director PARK NOW Group

Esther was an experienced HR professional prior to joining PARK NOW in September 2016 as our Group HR director. Her passionate and ambitious personality give her the drive to translate challenges into long term, strategic solutions. With international experience in a series of dynamic organizations, PARK NOW can count on her knowledge to help drive PARK NOW forward. As a team player and a people person, Esther brings out the best in people.

Masha Kodden CMO PARK NOW Group

Masha has extensive experience in building, managing and coaching marketing teams. With her strong vison, she has built brands and created (digital) marketing strategies for several international companies, focusing on innovation and growth in the online and media industry. She is also known for her expertise as an innovative trailblazer in digital marketing.
Masha joined PARK NOW in June 2018 as the Chief Marketing Officer of Europe and became a member of the board a year later. Masha is responsible for creating and executing the European group marketing strategy, leading all European marketing activities to strengthen our brands.
